Debra Laminack
Licensed community association manager with years of experience in professional community management for both homeowner and condominium associations

Debra Laminack is a licensed community association manager with years of experience in professional community management for both homeowner and condominium associations. She holds the Certified Manager or Community Associations designation, the Association Management Specialist designation, and the Professional Community Association Manager designation and has a bachelor’s degree in organizational management.
Debra has facilitated the Community Association Management prelicensure course that is required to obtain a community association manager license for Florida in Bay County and now in Walton County. She currently serves as the Board President on two homeowner association boards and serves as the lead developer board member for Minto Communities at the Latitude at Watersound community in Panama City Beach, FL and at the Harbour Isle on Ana Maria Sound Master Association in Bradenton, FL.
In addition to her work, Debra is an avid writer and is working on publishing her first book. She has been married for 33 years and has two grown children and two grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with.

After decades of marketing, event planning and logistics management for private companies, we saw (and heard!) a need for strategic networking development and execution. Individually, we were often approached with, "My business needs an 'Allison', I need and want a 'Summer'." The light bulbs went off after Allison attended a military trade show where she witnessed the LACK OF ENGAGEMENT from individuals and businesses who had spent a great deal of time and money to attend where they were pulled to thin, too much to do and/or no interest. Knowing the impact and value of networking she presents an idea to Summer at which point, Summer shares she has been thinking and formulating this "same" business model for 2 years. We know our 'outside the tee-box' marketing 360 approach benefits all businesses and the community. We think our friends say it best with, we "party with a purpose", or "y’all dont work, you network."
